Archetypes 0.30 Support NetBeans on JDK 11

New archetypes version 0.30 are out. They fix NETBEANS-3185 - e.g. one can create a DukeScript Maven project and bundle it as NetBeans application and run it on JDK11.

Thanks to Eric Barboni for releasing the necessary Maven plugins.
